UNGA76 Event: SDG Finance in Small Island Developing States

During the 76th Session of the UN General Assembly, the Global Fund for Coral Reefs (GFCR), Joint SDG Fund, and UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), will hold a side event to showcase blended finance in action.

This innovative event will focus on how the joint programme for Fiji is facilitating reef-positive blue economy through local community entrepreneurship. The Joint SDG Fund and the GFCR will highlight the modalities for how deployed capital is mobilising private sector innovation and commercial investment to address local drives of reef degradation.
