Focused on the Sainte Anne Marine National Park (SAMNP), this project implements an eco-mooring strategy to prevent coral reef damage caused by anchoring. By installing eco-friendly mooring buoys and educating tourists and local operators on sustainable practices, it aims to mitigate the environmental impact of tourism. Additionally, the project introduces a revenue-generating mooring fee system to provide financial support for conservation, promoting eco-conscious behaviors while ensuring sustainable funding for reef protection efforts in the park.
