Coral Reefs Restoration

This business focuses on coral reef restoration and regenerative marine tourism in the Mesoamerican Reef region. It offers training and certification programs for divers in coral restoration, develops coral nurseries in partnership with Xcaret Park, and promotes ecotourism through initiatives like Marine Interpretive Trails. With funding from Scotiabank, it has installed BioArmonia structures that support marine biodiversity and attract thousands of snorkelers. The project continues to evolve through mentorship and strategic planning to expand its conservation impact and sustainable tourism model. This project was part of the Build & Connect 2023 program and in 2025 they received mentorship as part of the Build & Connect continued efforts to support the 2023 cohort.
