H2OLA (#tideMéxico)
H2OLA, is a circular economy initiative transforming marine plastic into reusable products and promoting bottle-free water.
#tideMexico was renamed to H2OLA. It is a circular economy initiative that collects and transforms marine plastic into reusable products while promoting bottle-free drinking water through Water stations. It participated in the third cohort of the Acceleration Program.
The initiative operates coastal Eco-Hubs that integrate waste collection, community clean-ups, and educational, cultural, and artistic activities. H2OLA is a partnership between Swiss-based #tide Ocean Material and the Mexican company Maritime Procurement Services, addressing plastic pollution, water scarcity in public spaces, and community engagement through a single integrated model.
