Mary Katherine McCabe

I am a scientist with a passion for conservation and research, holding a master’s in marine biology from the University of Alaska – Fairbanks. My research focuses on the effects of environmental factors on marine ecosystems. I'm interested in tackling the major challenges facing our oceans and drive impactful marine conservation efforts. My areas of expertise include marine community ecology, scientific diving, data analysis in R, environmental monitoring, marine taxonomy, bilingual science communication and outreach.
