Hawaiian Deepest Coral Growth Measured First Time

In the waters off the Hawaiian Islands, rates of calcification (build up of calcium) were measured in the deepest coral colonies and reported in a study published in Coral Reefs led by a University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa oceanographer.
