WastewaterA financial guarantee for the Development Bank of Solomon Islands is currently being developed for a blue economy loan window to catalyse investment into reef-positive businesses. The $700k guarantee provides 70% pari-passu coverage and seeks to unlock $1.5M in blue lending.
WWF will seek to develop pipeline that meets both financial and impact criteria be launching call for proposals and providing technical assistance. A Technical Advisory board will serve to localize decision making and support coordination between WWF and UNCDF on pipeline development. The advisory board will also include external experts.
